Drink PLENTY of water leading up to the class, and bring water with you. We have a filling station for empty bottles, and we do offer water in our cafe in case you forget.

It is not recommended to eat immediately before a hot class, as the heat can cause nausea. However, it’s important to eat a few hours before class. Check each class description for specific requirements. Most classes only require a mat, towel, and lots of water. All classes except spin and bootcamp are performed without shoes.

Our locker rooms come equipped with: smart-lock lockers (so you won’t need to bring your own lock); in-shower soap, shampoo, & conditioner; women’s products, complimentary toiletries, and blow dryers. Forget your stuff? No problem, we offer rentals on all the equipment you’ll need for the class (except shoes). Just ask the front desk and we’ll get you what you need.
